A New Kind of Insanity

I just had this long post all written out and had even had pressed publish and what do you know Internet Explorer decides to have an error and my post is magically gone.  I am now beyond frustrated and can’t even begin to get that thought back written. 

That does bring me to another frustrating aspect about myself because if I write something out when I am thinking of it, I can get it out but if I think about it and decide to write later I might as well forget it.  It is either get when I am thinking of it or never.  I am seriously thinking about carrying around a notepad to make sure I write out what I am thinking to post later so that I can do it.  And can’t forget my digi camera to make sure I get those just oh so amusing things I see out and about for the world to see.

 Ah well if I can get the whole post out again I will, look forward to a thought on time management here in the future, I hope anyway.

I went to sleep really late last night, after waiting for my husband to get off of work and spending some time with him afterwards.  I am so paying for that today and have just discovered a drawback to working at home, and here I was this morning on my other blog singing praises about working at home.  But right now as I sit here waiting for the work calls to come in I keep thinking about that nice inviting bed in there that is just calling my name.  I have a lunch coming up and I bet I spend most of it cuddle in my covers like I do most every day on my lunch, one day I swear I will pass out and not get back to working on time.  Until then however I think I will enjoy my rest.

A friend of mine recently had me look up this song “Secret” by the band The Pierces.  I was instantly addicted to it, and have watch some of their other videos and love all of them.  As my hubby puts its kind of different (lol and this is coming from a guy who regularly listen to death metal and stuff like that).  So after searching and searching town for their cd I broke down and ordered for good old Best Buy, I am still waiting for it to come and can’t wait to hear all of it.  But here is the video to “Secret” check it out:

I have had a little trouble of late trying to think of something to write about, for some reason life just seems so boring lately, well Mr. Husband and I will be attending a concert in a couple of weeks and that should exciting and we are getting ready to send the little ones back to school but nothing that is just screaming write about me here lately.

Well anyway I decided to check out the good old dictionary and see what the word of the day was and if I could spin that in post and as a matter of fact I could turn it into a rant of sorts based on the second meaning of the word, because if there isn’t anything that drives me crazy than stupid questions it is the number 2 meaning of the word asperity ”2. Roughness or harshness of sound; a quality that grates upon the ear.”  If you think about it, it could apply to any number of things, like scratching on a chalk board or a nasaly type voice which I though of first thing when I read that definition.  Because what is worse than a nasaly I am better than you voice sound, nothing I say, not even a chalk board scratch is that bad.  And I will also add that while personally I have a superb speaking voice, I have been told this by more than one person, my singing voice on the other hand has a certian asperity to it, ha I put the word in a sentence.  But in all seriousness I can speak just don’t sing that would be scary and horrible for those inflicted with it.
